Our clients are emerging sponsors who need senior expertise without full-time overhead.

We are expanding our acquisitions practice and seeking experienced professionals to work with emerging real estate sponsors. In this role, you will work alongside principals to source, underwrite, and structure new investment opportunities across asset classes. Responsibilities include deal origination, financial modeling, preparation of investment materials, transaction execution, and coordination with capital partners.

• 6–10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, private equity, or principal investing
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities
• Advanced financial modeling expertise (pro forma construction, waterfalls, debt structuring, sensitivity analysis)
• Deep experience in due diligence and transaction execution
• Strong understanding of capital structures, including construction financing, bridge debt, and equity partnerships
• Ability to evaluate market fundamentals, risk-adjust returns, and develop differentiated investment theses
• Experience preparing investment memoranda and presenting to investment committees or capital partners
• Strategic mindset with disciplined, data‑driven decision‑making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Institutional real estate or private markets experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field required. MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus.
