The Chief Financial Officer will own the full financial function and serve as the primary authority for financial accuracy, reporting integrity, and strategic financial planning. This executive role partners closely with ownership and leadership to provide reliable data, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support key business decisions.

• Oversee tax strategy, compliance, and risk management
• Provide financial modeling and decision support for growth initiatives

• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
• Experience building disciplined financial operations and teams
• Multi‑entity or commission‑based business experience preferred
• ERP leadership experience (Net Suite preferred)
