A company is looking for a Business Analyst Senior in Finance.
Key Responsibilities Conduct analytic, planning, and benchmarking activities to support leadership in financial decision-making Collaborate with various teams to optimize surgical profitability and enhance operational efficiency Prepare and present concise reports and analyses for senior leadership, ensuring effective communication of findings
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, financial analytics, data analytics, or operations management At least 3 years of progressive experience in financial analytics or data analytics within a healthcare environment
Experience with financial systems and processes, particularly in a hospital or health system setting Strong technical knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis tools, including advanced Excel functions Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a complex organization
