Commercial Real Estate Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, performing financial modeling to assess investment opportunities, supporting underwriting processes, and analyzing real estate portfolios. Additional duties include performing due diligence, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to assist in the decision-making process.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex real estate data
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and experience with forecasting cash flows
• Experience in performing Due Diligence and comprehensive market analysis
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Real Estate Underwriting practices
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Excel, financial software, or real estate analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field is highly desirable
• Prior experience in commercial real estate analysis or investment is preferred
