Financial Assistant, Temporary

We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their growing team. This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. We are looking for someone smart, reliable, and familiar with the wholesale apparel industry who can step in and support day-to-day financial operations.

• Assist with general accounting and financial operations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
• Provide additional administrative and financial support as needed

• 1–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience in wholesale apparel or a similar industry strongly preferred
• Broad, general financial knowledge (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is 25-40/hour we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
