Senior Finance Associate @ Real Estate PE

Coda Search is partnering with a leading real estate private equity group based in NYC. The firm is rapidly growing and operate 500+ properties across 8 major markets. They recently just launched its 4th fund with big plans for 2026.

The team is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate who will have blended responsibilities across investor reporting, fund performance, KPI analysis and assisting with financial reporting. This is a highly visible role which will work closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis across actuals vs. budget/forecast at the fund level
• Prepare and maintain fund-level KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting packages
• Support the annual budgeting and reforecasting process across funds and properties
• Monitor and track debt covenants, DSCR, LTV, and other lender requirements
• Support lender reporting packages and compliance deliverables
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and data flows
• Help improve financial models, templates, and reporting consistency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, fund finance, FP&A, or public accounting (real estate clients)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience building and maintaining financial models
• Experience with real estate systems (e.g., Yardi)
