Chase, where your expertise in Asset Servicing will shape the future of securities services across the US and LATAM. As a key leader, you will define and deliver an integrated custody asset servicing roadmap, collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and industry groups to drive innovation and operational excellence.

As the Asset Servicing Product Lead, you will own product definitions and drive the integrated roadmap for custody asset servicing, including corporate actions, proxy voting, and securities litigation. You will partner closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure a competitive offering for clients in the US and LATAM markets.

Job responsibilities
  • Drive execution of an integrated product roadmap, platform, and target operating model for asset servicing in the US and LATAM markets, partnering with product, operations, and technology teams.

  • Own US and LATAM market Asset Servicing product definitions supporting strategic technology transformation initiatives.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operating models, define new standards, and digitize processes to reduce cost, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk.

  • Engage with key clients to ensure competitive offerings and robust operating models.

  • Manage proactive reviews with clients, vendors, and industry utilities to develop future asset servicing strategy.

  • Lead risk, control, balance sheet, and business enablement initiatives for Asset Servicing products.

  • Represent JPMorgan

    Chase at industry forums and partner with vendors on product roadmap and new opportunities, including service and pricing negotiations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong project execution skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change across a large organization.

  • Deep operational expertise in custody asset servicing event life cycles, infrastructure, and risk elements; ability to define target-state operating models and re-engineer processes at scale.

  • U.S. market knowledge, including transfer agency functions, DTCC Asset Servicing product suite, and post-trade infrastructure.

  • Client-focused mindset, developing client operating models and synthesizing user experience reviews into change strategy.

  • Proven ability to drive change and standardization in the industry through forums such as SIFMA, STA, AGC, or ISITC.

  • Strong working knowledge of technology for asset servicing.

  • Strong communication skills, able to present concepts, influence, and partner with stakeholders across the organization.
