Platform: $15bn+ Multi-Manager Equity Hedge Fund

Our client, a leading multi-manager equity platform with over $15 billion in AUM, is seeking a Healthcare Services Equity Research Associate to join a Healthcare Equity Coverage Team under a long/short equity mandate. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a seasoned Portfolio Manager who has been with the fund since inception as its second hire.

• Mandate: Equity Long/Short
• Future Growth: Potential to run a carve-out strategy in the future; initial focus will be research-driven
• Location: Flexible - NYC or San Francisco office
• Compensation: Competitive base + bonus tied to overall team performance

• ~2 years of buyside experience (hedge fund or similar)
• Maximum 5 years total work experience.
• Strong passion for fundamental research and deep sector knowledge in healthcare services
