A leading middle-market, boutique, or bulge-bracket investment bank may seek an Entry-Level Investment Banking Analyst to support transaction execution, financial analysis, and client deliverables. These roles are designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking intensive training, hands-on deal exposure, and accelerated professional development.

Build and update financial models, including 3-statement, DCF, and accretion/dilution analyses

Conduct company and industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses

Support live M&A, equity, debt, and restructuring transactions

Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations

Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution tasks

Coordinate with senior bankers and deal teams across multiple work streams

Support internal reporting and business development initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong interest in investment banking and corporate finance

Foundational skills in financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

Ability to work long hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship experience in investment banking, finance, consulting, audit, or FP&A is preferred but not required

Proficiency in Excel and Power Point ; familiarity with financial research tools is a plus
