A leading investment bank, private equity firm, or corporate development team may seek a Global Deal Sourcing Specialist to support cross-border deal origination, market research, and investment evaluation. Identify, source, and evaluate investment opportunities across global markets

Conduct financial analysis and valuation of prospective deals using DCF, LBO, and scenario modeling

Perform industry, market, and competitive research to assess global investment trends

Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and pitch materials for senior leadership and investment committees

Assist with due diligence, transaction coordination, and deal execution for international deals

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop a robust pipeline of potential transactions

Track and monitor market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and strategic partnerships

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis

Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development is beneficial
