Fund Setup Analysts support the launch and onboarding of new investment funds by coordinating operational, legal, and administrative setup activities. The role blends fund operations, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional project management to ensure funds are fully operational prior to launch and investor onboarding.

Fund Setup Analysts work closely with investment teams, legal counsel, compliance, fund administrators, custodians, and prime brokers.

• Support the end-to-end setup and launch of new investment funds and vehicles
• Coordinate fund onboarding with administrators, custodians, prime brokers, banks, and service providers
• Assist with fund structuring, documentation, and operational readiness processes
• Track completion of legal, compliance, tax, and operational requirements for fund launches
• Support account openings, system configurations, and data integrations
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and launch checklists
• Prepare and review fund setup documentation, internal memos, and approvals
• Assist with initial NAV setup, capital activity workflows, and reporting frameworks
• Identify setup issues, risks, or delays and elevate appropriately

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of investment fund structures and asset management operations
• Prior experience or coursework in fund operations, accounting, or administration (preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with fund administration systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in fund launches, asset management infrastructure, and investment operations
