Investment Banking Healthcare Services Senior Associate​/Vice President

Responsibilities

The Associate and Vice President will work with regional and international clients on complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts, defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments, and public and private capital market transactions.

The role involves collaborating with senior professionals across the firm to deliver high‑quality advice and to think creatively beyond the numbers.

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience within the investment banking industry, or 3–5+ years of post‑MBA experience, with a proven track record on complex executed M&A deals across various sectors.
• Experience in the healthcare services industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset.
• Series licensing or willingness to obtain required licenses.

Expected base pay rates for the role are between $150,000 and $225,000 per year for an Associate, and between $250,000 and $275,000 per year for a Vice President at the commencement of employment. Base pay, commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other sponsored benefit programs may also be part of the total compensation package.
