Location: New York

Real estate private credit investment platform seeking an Analyst to support investor relations and fundraising efforts, prepare marketing materials, coordinate due diligence requests, and manage institutional investor communications.

A leading real estate private credit investment platform providing customized financing solutions across commercial real estate through direct lending, preferred equity, and opportunistic credit strategies.

Job Description:
  • Support the firm’s capital raising and investor relations efforts by preparing and maintaining marketing and fundraising materials, including pitchbooks, PPMs, and DDQs.
  • Develop customized presentations and materials for prospective and existing institutional investors.
  • Track investor communications and assist with responses to due diligence requests and other ad hoc inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across investments, finance, legal, and compliance to support investor onboarding and capital closings.
  • Maintain investor databases, CRM systems, and fundraising data rooms to ensure accurate reporting and document management.
  • Assist in organizing investor meetings, conferences, annual meetings, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements /

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or real estate finance.
  • Real estate or private credit experience preferred, though not required.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and institutional investment processes.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with experience preparing marketing materials.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
