Job Summary

Advisory: KPMG LLP seeks Managers in New York, NY.

Minimum education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with five years of experience in an advisory or related occupation. A Master's degree plus two additional years of experience is also acceptable. Required experience must include SEC regulatory filings for spin‑offs, carve‑outs, and IPOs; accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and financial instruments; acquisition filings for domestic and cross‑border transactions;

financial statement audits; U.S. GAAP; IFRS 16; and IFRS 15.

• SEC regulatory filings for spin‑offs, carve‑outs, and IPOs;
• Accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and financial instruments;
• Acquisition filings for domestic and cross‑border transactions;
• Financial statement audits;
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS 16, and IFRS 15.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in an advisory position or similar role.
• Master’s degree and a minimum of two years of related experience also acceptable.
• Experience with SEC regulatory filings, mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and auditing.

Up to 100 % travel may be required to various domestic locations depending on business needs.

Salary range: $142,646 – $214,500 per year. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
