Job DescriptionTD Securities is a leading corporate, investment and transaction bank offering a wide range of capital markets and transaction banking products and services to corporate, government, and financial institution clients. Our team operates out of 32 cities around the globe through Global Transaction Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Markets and Research & Strategy services.
Department OverviewThe TD Securities Marketing team develops, executes, and manages initiatives and strategies to support the firm in achieving its business goals and objectives. We focus on adding value to our key brands and the business, highlighting the company's vision through marketing programs. We provide insights and analysis to influence and assist business leaders in making strategic client‑centric business decisions.
Responsibilities- Translate Transaction Banking marketing strategy into end‑to‑end execution plans across Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional client segments, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets including product and sales materials and thought leadership content.
- Own day‑to‑day campaign planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple channels (owned, earned, paid media, experiential, and sponsor ships).
- Partner closely with Transaction Banking product and sales teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with strategy.
- Support Transaction Banking growth initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring scalability across regions, products and client segments.
- Develop and manage consistent, client‑centric messaging across Transaction Banking products and client segments, translating complex concepts into clear messaging.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication of work and improve marketing execution efficiency.
- Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, product, business, communications, creative, digital, events, sponsor ships, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct meaningful analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of programs, policies, and practices.
- Apply structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives by establishing clear plans, documentation, and execution rhythms, maintaining project management tools and documentation to support transparency and accountability.
- Ensure all deliverables align with enterprise brand standards, regulatory requirements, and legal and compliance guidelines.
- Undergraduate business and/or marketing degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years marketing or project management experience.
- Experience supporting transaction banking, investment banking or capital markets businesses preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and innovation.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with evolving priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a consistent track record of following through on commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high‑quality execution.
