Lead Associate - WILLIS TOWERS WATSON US LLC (NY, NY):
Apply Health & Bnfts (H&B) knowl & provide input on possible strategies for clients. Leverage intermediate knowl of key ancillary bnfts, fin'l & placement concepts. Apply understanding of interaction betw fin'l & plan mgmt activities on cost, EE impact & support needs. Address complex client questions on variety of H&B topics & escalat to Sr. colleagues as needed. Dvlp intermediate/advanced knowl of 1-2 specialized bnft programs, e.g., absence/disability mgmt, Health, Equity & Wellbeing (HEW) & voluntary bnfts.
REQ'MTS:
Bachelor's (US or foreign equiv) in Actuarial Sci, Math or rel fld + 2 yrs' exp in rel Bnfts Analyst role.
Sal range =$91,000-$135,000 per yr. Apply at: EEO/AAE/V/D.
