Strategic M&A & Capital Markets Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions involving private equity clients.
• Run key work streams across capital markets and M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of client deliverables.
• Guide and manage teams of junior bankers and cross‑functional partners such as legal, accounting, and consulting professionals.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies to enhance client coverage and drive business growth.
• Deliver confident and effective presentations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Partner with global colleagues to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
• Exercise sound judgment in all decisions, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance.

• Ideally 1+ year of investment banking experience.
• Experience in originating and executing public and private capital markets and M&A transactions.
• Ability to work effectively with private equity clients.
• Strong understanding of leverage finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses.
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams.
• Undergraduate degree.
