Position: Enterprise Payments Growth Lead (West Coast)
Location: New York

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive revenue growth, payment performance strategy, and enterprise expansion across the West Coast of America for Biz Pay’s global payments infrastructure platform within the OSL global ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for leading commercial strategy, scaling go-to-market initiatives, optimizing payment performance, and building strategic enterprise relationships across payments, fintech, and digital asset ecosystems. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial execution with deep expertise in payments infrastructure, cross-border settlement, and embedded financial services.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in payments and is commercially driven, analytically minded, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and rapidly evolving global payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing commercial organization focused on enterprise and mid-market growth across America.

• Develop and execute Biz Pay’s go-to-market strategy for payments, stablecoin settlement, embedded finance, and financial infrastructure solutions

• Drive new customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and strategic account growth across key verticals

• Own commercial forecasting, pipeline management, and performance against revenue and growth metrics

• Establish scalable sales processes, operational frameworks, and GTM best practices across the business

Payment Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Develop commercial strategies around payment optimization, authorization uplift, routing, acceptance rates, settlement efficiency, and cost optimization

• Partner with Product, Treasury, and Operations teams to improve merchant payment performance and customer outcomes

• Translate customer insights, payment trends, and market developments into commercial and product opportunities

• Support commercialization of new payment capabilities, stablecoin settlement products, and value-added financial services

• Drive adoption of cross-border payment and digital asset-enabled payment infrastructure solutions

Strategic Customer & Partnership Management

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including CFOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, Treasury teams, and enterprise decision-makers

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic negotiations, and commercial partnerships

• Act as executive sponsor for key customer relationships and strategic accounts

• Support strategic partnerships across banks, fintechs, payment providers, and digital asset ecosystem participants

• Represent Biz Pay and OSL at industry conferences, fintech events, and client engagements

Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

• Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant payment solutions

• Influence product roadmap decisions through market feedback and commercial insights

• Build frameworks for customer growth, retention, and expansion strategies

• Drive data-informed decision-making across commercial and operational functions

• Monitor regulatory and market developments impacting payments, stable coins, and digital asset infrastructure

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in payments with a strong interest in digital assets

• Proven experience leading commercial strategy, enterprise sales, or payments growth functions in high-growth environments

• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including acquiring, issuing, payment routing, cross-border settlement, authorization optimization, and merchant economics

• Experience building and scaling go-to-market teams, revenue operations, and strategic partnerships

• Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working within regulated financial services, payments, or digital asset environments is highly desirable
