Analyst, Asset-Backed Finance Capital Markets

The Carlyle Group is looking for a 2-Year Analyst to join their Asset-Backed Finance team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in capital markets efforts and help manage co-investment and syndication for various transactions. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in structured credit and work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Help manage capital markets efforts for ABF transactions
• Assist in structuring co-investment vehicles for investors
• Conduct financial analyses and market research for ABF initiatives
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain investment pipelines
• Respond to investor requests and track engagement
• Coordinate transaction timelines and logistics
• Engage with internal teams to support capital formation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of finance experience, preferably in capital markets or investment banking
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
