Wealth Strategy Associate Execution

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Wealth Strategy Associate to join their Strategy team. This role involves supporting the direction of strategy across their Global Wealth Management Solutions. The Associate will help improve sales processes, develop frameworks for execution, and work closely with various teams to drive business growth.

• Support strategy direction across the Global Wealth Management Solutions team.
• Help design and improve the sales process and operating infrastructure.
• Develop frameworks and models for consistent execution.
• Prepare structured communications for leadership on strategic priorities.
• Work cross-functionally to align stakeholders and facilitate action.
• Engage in sales-related responsibilities as needed.
• Assist in drafting leadership and client communications.

• Strong understanding of wealth management or asset management.
• 4-6 years of experience in financial services.
• Passion for turning research and data into actionable outcomes.
• Experience with financial advisors or private wealth clients is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and work ethic.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Office applications and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
