RoleWe are seeking an FP&A analyst to join our finance team to play a key role in driving strategic decision making across the organization. The position offers hands‑on exposure to leadership, ownership of critical reports/analysis and the opportunity to directly influence business insights.
LocationHybrid role based in the New York area.
Compensation$80k-100k
Requirements- 1–2 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, large data sets, analysis).
- Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable working with leadership.
- Highly responsible, detailed‑oriented and organized (attention to details, follow‑up, and time management skills).
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to improve analysis, reporting and business‑driving decisions.
- Comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and offering alternative perspectives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to develop thoughtful, data‑backed analysis.
- Team player with a high self‑standard of excellence; flexible and self‑motivated.
- Produce and maintain weekly KPI reporting with clear insights into business performance, trends and variances.
- Support the quarter‑end process, including preparation of regional business reviews and management reporting packages.
- Perform ad‑hoc and exploratory analyses to support strategic initiatives and management decision‑making.
- Build, improve and automate reporting and analytical workflows using Excel, Alteryx, Salesforce and other analytical tools.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, Leadership) to ensure alignment between financial performance and business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data used in all financial and management reporting.
