We are seeking an FP&A analyst to join our finance team to play a key role in driving strategic decision making across the organization. The position offers hands‑on exposure to leadership, ownership of critical reports/analysis and the opportunity to directly influence business insights.

Hybrid role based in the New York area.

$80k-100k

• 1–2 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, large data sets, analysis).
• Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable working with leadership.
• Highly responsible, detailed‑oriented and organized (attention to details, follow‑up, and time management skills).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to improve analysis, reporting and business‑driving decisions.
• Comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and offering alternative perspectives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to develop thoughtful, data‑backed analysis.
• Team player with a high self‑standard of excellence; flexible and self‑motivated.

• Produce and maintain weekly KPI reporting with clear insights into business performance, trends and variances.
• Support the quarter‑end process, including preparation of regional business reviews and management reporting packages.
• Perform ad‑hoc and exploratory analyses to support strategic initiatives and management decision‑making.
• Build, improve and automate reporting and analytical workflows using Excel, Alteryx, Salesforce and other analytical tools.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, Leadership) to ensure alignment between financial performance and business objectives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data used in all financial and management reporting.
