The role involves continuous improvement and optimisation of managed services processes, tools and services. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes in Fund Level Reporting & Accounting, acting as a trusted advisor, maintaining alignment between client business goals and our offerings while upholding operational excellence.

- Provide strategic guidance to secure performance‑driven solutions

- Work with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision‑making
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 7 years of experience
- Demonstrating in‑depth team leadership abilities
- Developing scalable and reliable Fund Finance solutions
- Supporting customised proposals and client presentations
- Understanding estimation methodology and cost management
- Creating and managing financial models effectively
- Architecting significant Fund Finance managed services solutions
- Adapting to new technologies and learning quickly
Up to 20% travel.
Salary$119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
