Eisner Amper is seeking a Managing Director in Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services to lead complex engagements and drive strategic growth within our Financial Advisory Services practice. This leader will deliver high-impact advisory services across disputes, investigations, and valuation matters while helping shape the future of the practice. The Managing Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor team members, and contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead and advise on complex forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation engagements, including damages analyses, investigations, and expert witness services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, corporate clients, and other stakeholders across a wide range of dispute and advisory matters.
- Manage cross‑functional teams delivering forensic, valuation, and financial analysis services to support litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Oversee all aspects of client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical excellence in deliverables.
- Develop and expand client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FLVS practice.
- Drive practice growth through strategic initiatives, go‑to‑market strategies, and collaboration with firm leadership.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry involvement, publications, and speaking engagements.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, valuation, or related advisory services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex engagements involving litigation, disputes, investigations, or valuation matters.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business.
- Experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- CPA, ABV, CFF, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field).
- Broad expertise in litigation services, including damages calculations and expert reporting across a variety of case types.
- Experience serving as an expert witness or supporting expert testimony.
