We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Investor Relations Associate
.
- Preparation of Investment Opportunity Materials
:
Work closely with senior leadership to create, edit, and refine presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials for potential investors. Ensure materials are visually appealing, well‑organized, and accurately reflect investment opportunities. - Quarterly Reports
:
Develop and distribute detailed quarterly updates for investors, summarizing portfolio performance, key developments, and financial insights. - Investor Outreach and Fundraising Campaigns
:
Assist in managing outreach efforts to potential investors, coordinating and tracking all phases of fundraising initiatives. Support the team by conducting research, organizing meetings, and preparing follow‑up materials. - CRM Management
:
Oversee and maintain the firm’s client relationship management database to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records of all investor interactions, contacts, and pipeline tracking. - Data Room Organization
:
Set up and manage secure data rooms for investors, ensuring all necessary documents are properly uploaded, maintained, and updated during the fundraising process. - Event Coordination
:
Support the organization of investor events, such as webinars, conference calls, and investor roadshows. - Cross‑functional Collaboration
:
Collaborate with internal teams, including deal professionals, finance, and legal, to gather necessary data and information for reporting and fundraising materials. - Accounting and Reporting
:
Work with fund administration and accounting teams to support investor capital account tracking and execution of capital calls and distribution. - Audit and Compliance Reporting
:
Work with chief financial officer to prepare support schedules for annual audit and compliance reporting functions.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and professional presentations and reports
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills
