The Senior Investor Relations Associate will provide comprehensive post sales client support, manage investor communications regarding their investment and immigration status through phone calls, emails as well as in person meetings. This role includes close collaboration with sales, marketing, legal as well as accounting team to provide accurate and professional answers to client inquiries while promoting Can Am brands and value to existing and potential investors.
This position offers growth potential in relationship management for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and an understanding of Can Am’s investment model.
- Manage the Investor Relations mailbox by triaging inquiries, responding to routine requests, and escalating issues as needed.
- Update Can Am’s internal database with investor contact information and immigration status changes.
- Process and distribute client communications, including loan closing documents and investment updates.
- Assist in generating and formatting investor reports using Excel.
- Track and coordinate client inquiries with relevant departments (e.g., withdrawals, replacements).
- Develop expertise in EB‑5 immigration, staying informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
- Review marketing materials to understand investment projects.
- Project Development: Obtain updates on EB‑5 and equity investment projects.
- International Sales: Collaborating with sales team to create meaningful existing client engagement that generates internal referral.
- Legal Affairs: Coordinate investment documentation and immigration filings.
- Accounting: Manage investor financial transactions, withdrawals, and replacements.
- Executive Management: Prepare reports as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance preferred).
- Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience: at least years in relationship management, data management, or client‑facing roles. Experience in financial services or sales support preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $138,000
