Experience with QSBS (Section 1202) planning and analysis Partnering with clients on tax strategy related to IPOs and startup growth Reviewing and overseeing sophisticated 1040 filings Acting as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex tax matters into clear guidance Strong candidates will also have experience supporting startup and growth-stage clients, particularly those with large-scale equity positions.
