Role Overview : a leading middle-market or boutique firm may seek an Analyst – Corporate Finance to support financial planning, corporate transactions, and strategic advisory
. These roles are designed for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and corporate decision-making

• Build and maintain financial models including 3-statement projections, DCF, LBO, and scenario analyses
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations
• Support M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions from analysis through execution
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and reporting
• Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and internal financial projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong foundational skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or early-career experience in banking, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is advantageous
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial research platforms is a plus
