Pay: $66,560 - $99,320 USD
Responsibilities- Work with TD Wealth prospects and clients to attract and retain clients by addressing their wealth management advisory needs.
- Meet with prospects and clients to analyze their financial information (income, cash flow, assets, liabilities) and understand their short- and long-term financial goals.
- Educate and advise prospects and clients regarding investment and insurance strategies and products.
- Recommend personalized and tailored investment and insurance strategies and products to meet financial and wealth creation objectives.
- Develop and maintain client relationships by providing ongoing consultation, advice, planning, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Build a client base by acquiring new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Retain and grow client base through relationship management, ongoing communication and consultation.
- Perform quarterly and annual objectives and ensure all new clients receive a complete onboarding experience.
- Implement Salesforce, Money Guide Pro and other authorized software to track client engagement.
- Provide education, coaching, wealth referral training, and ongoing feedback to Retail and Small Business staff.
- Identify opportunities within portfolio and network to refer business to Retail and Business Partners.
- Execute all duties in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing Customer Identification Program (CIP) and other due diligence.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and support the overall Wealth team.
- Represent TD Wealth professionally and support community initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, markets, goals, investment and insurance strategies and wealth management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop deep client understanding.
- Fiduciary mindset, client’s interests first.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Money Guide Pro and other authorized software.
- Self-directed, with strong planning ability to achieve sales and referral goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of wealth products and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned market five days a week.
- Experience in consulting sales and wealth management business development.
- Experience interacting with retail and small-business banking clients.
- Ability to establish partnerships with other departments.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred. - Preferred: 1+ years of relevant work experience in financial services industry or completion of FAA Trainee program.
- Required:
SIE, Series7, Leveland Hall, Series
66 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain them.
The FAA must acknowledge and comply with all federal, state, and SRO regulations, including OCC, SEC, State Insurance Commissioners, NY Department of Financial Services, and FITN. The FAA must adhere to FINRA and corporate policies, complete continuing education, and participate in required due diligence processes.
