Associate Director, CMF Product Development
The Associate Director, CMF Product Development will contribute to the overall success of the CMF and Prime Services businesses globally, ensuring that individual goals, plans, and initiatives align with global business strategies. This role ensures compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
What You'll Do- Steer and oversee the strategic development of CMF’s products.
- Oversee rollout of key business initiatives and product improvements across Global Financing in Global Capital Markets.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of market structure changes to proactively capture opportunities.
- Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships.
- Drive global CMF initiatives and provide direction to ensure alignment with strategic business plans and efficient solution delivery.
- Collaborate with global CMF desks to deliver on repo sales and trading automation, market access, control improvements and new revenue avenues.
- Provide clear direction to technology teams to deliver trading‑aligned solutions, ensuring platforms support real‑time decision‑making and scalability.
- Own business engagement with external vendors and Fin Tech partners to deliver strategic capabilities.
- Understand risk appetite and culture in day‑to‑day decisions.
- Ensure operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF and conduct risk controls are effective.
- Contribute to a high‑performance, inclusive work environment supporting the team vision and values.
- Deep knowledge of the margin financing industry with a focus on Fixed Income securities.
- Understanding of front, middle and back office functions within global financing infrastructure.
- Experience with relevant regulatory environments impacting the industry.
- Strong product knowledge and client experience across Repo and Prime Services.
- Process and system knowledge, ideally with experience of Anvil and Loan One.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple business programs.
- Collaboration skills across Risk, Operations, Technology and external vendors.
- Ability to articulate product plans and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with collateral optimization frameworks, funding efficiency metrics and capital usage within Global Financing.
- Demonstrated ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
