Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Fin'ce, Econ., Math, Bus. Admin or rel. field & 4 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. occupation comprised of Investment Banking, priv equity, &/or public equity investing: evaluating industry & target company growth, risk & profitability lvls incl anlyzg fin'l statements, company valuations & public filings. 2 yrs of exp must incl: conducting mgmt team interviews.
