As Vice President, you will own the full investment lifecycle: sourcing and screening opportunities, executing transactions, and actively managing existing portfolio positions with a focus on long-term value creation.
You will partner with senior leaders at portfolio companies to define strategy, oversee business planning, and drive performance. The role offers genuine deal ownership on a high-performing global team with significant growth runway.

* What you will do:
**- Source and evaluate digital infrastructure investment opportunities across North America
- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations
- Structure and execute transactions including equity and debt financing
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies; drive value creation initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's collaborative culture

* What you bring:
**- 4–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a direct investing role
- Experience in digital or communications infrastructure highly preferred
- Proven track record leading transactions through successful execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build detailed financial models
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
