• Working directly with a Principal/Partner on executive search mandates for our existing client base.
• Partnering closely with blue‑chip funds to develop their teams and help manage strategic build‑outs across Europe, the US and Asia.
• Working to develop our existing world‑renowned research and product suite.

• $60k base with $15k expected first‑year bonus – very competitive compensation with a clear progression path.
