Midtown New York – Hybrid working

Talentedge are proud to be exclusively partnering with a global entertainment scaleup ed, global media business on a newly created opportunity within their expanding tax function.

Working closely with the US Tax Lead (and wider global tax function), as US Tax Manager you will be instrumental in meeting the Group’s US tax compliance and reporting obligations through busy season.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all company entities meet their compliance requirements and obligations for US Corporate and Partnership Taxes
• Maintain schedule of tax filing obligations
• Maintain schedule of taxes due, tax payments made, and tax refunds due
• Liaise with internal finance, legal, and operational teams to gather necessary data for tax compliance
• Support the preparation of Tax Provisions (ASC 740)
• Prepare quarterly and annual estimated tax payments and ensure timely filings and remittances
• Continually seek opportunities to automate manual processes as well as reduce the reliance on outsourced partners

Profile:

• CPA / MS Taxation is advantageous however non-essential
• Strong background with Partnerships tax
• In-house US Federal, State and Local Compliance experience
• Energetic self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Happy rolling your sleeves up & getting your hands dirty
• Confident business partnering with and managing the relationship with external advisors
