Overview

We are hiring a Manager of Financial Reporting and Data Governance to oversee the Chart of Accounts (COA), develop financial reports, support the procure‑to‑pay process, reconcile and disclose related‑party transactions, and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the VP Finance Operations & Optimization with the company’s financial transformation efforts by creating efficiencies and improving existing processes.
  • Own and maintain the organization’s Chart of Accounts (COA) structure and governance framework.
  • Establish and maintain COA policies, documentation, and change control processes.
  • Ensure the COA supports management reporting, planning, and analysis needs by collaborating with FP&A, finance leadership, and Financial Reporting.
  • Collaborate within the CFO organization and IT to implement reporting efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting packages for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Design and produce standardized financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP systems, consolidation tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing reporting structures and documentation.
  • Lead or support finance transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting workflows through technology.
  • Develop and implement best practices for financial data governance and reporting efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Business Units regarding COA structure and financial reporting needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to finance teams on proper account usage and reporting practices.
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Develop enhanced SOX controls to support compliance functions and improve audit efficiency.
  • Monitor adherence to accounting policies and reporting standards.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance guidelines while onsite.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience with Chart of Accounts design/governance and financial reporting structures.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Net Suite) and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Power Query proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI environments.
  • Experience participating in finance transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Pay Range

$83,000—$135,000 USD
