The goal of the Member Service Officer is to be the “how” of our “why”; making loan decisions that drive our growth and keep us grounded in our mission.

The successful candidate will:

• Min. 3 years of consumer loan decisioning
• Commercial lending experience preferred but not required
• Must be extremely independent, disciplined, & resourceful
• Possess a talent for identifying additional cross-sale opportunities for members
• An open communicator and humble collaborator
• Willing to extend radical empathy in your relationships

• Lend according to our unique philosophical guidelines
• Lead us in hitting our lending targets
• Measure and maintain an appropriate delinquency level for our risk appetite
• Troubleshoot account questions and issues
• Ability to demonstrate expertise with systems and computers
• Ability to professionally answer the phone and provide excellent member service
