Key Responsibilities- Support advisory engagements related to capital structure optimization and financing strategy
- Build and maintain financial models including capital structure, cash flow, leverage, and coverage analyses
- Analyze debt and equity financing alternatives, including private placements and capital markets solutions
- Assist with execution of debt, equity, and hybrid capital raises
- Conduct industry, credit, and market research to support capital advisory recommendations
- Prepare pitch books, capital structure analyses, and investment committee materials
- Support due diligence, lender and investor outreach, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including lenders, investors, and legal advisors
- Assist senior advisors with client presentations and strategic recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and capital structure fundamentals
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced, transaction‑oriented environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking, capital advisory, corporate finance, credit, or consulting is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms
