The platform invests across a broad range of energy transition and power-related opportunities, including generation, transmission, storage, renewables, and related infrastructure assets.
The Associate will support the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include executing private equity and infrastructure investments across the power and energy value chain, conducting detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, performing industry, market, and operational due diligence, assisting with transaction structuring and negotiation, preparing investment committee materials and internal memoranda, monitoring existing portfolio investments, and supporting value creation initiatives. The role provides direct access to senior leadership, lenders, advisors, and management teams across the energy sector.
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or energy-focused investing, combined with strong financial modeling skills and prior exposure to power, utilities, infrastructure, renewables, or broader energy sectors. Demonstrated interest in the energy transition and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial investment environment are key requirements.
