GIP specializes in investing in, owning, and operating some of the largest and most complex assets across energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and water and waste management.

Vice Presidents will play a key role in underwriting and managing investments on behalf of both GIP's Flagship Fund and the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership (AIP) fund.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Modeling: developing, utilizing, and analyzing robust financial models to support deal underwriting and structuring
- Due Diligence and Execution: assessing and executing new investments including conducting due diligence, financial review, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Market Research: performing market research on potential investments, industries, and competitive positioning
- Portfolio Company Monitoring: monitoring portfolio companies including analysis of corporate development, add-on, and financing opportunities

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree with strong academic background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity
- Previous experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, and/or TMT required
- Superior analytical, financial modeling, and accounting skills

Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
