Position OverviewWe are seeking an Operations Teller; your focus is delivering exceptional service to our members while facilitating various transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Serving as a representative of the credit union, you uphold the highest standards of professionalism, focusing on creating a positive member centric experience.

Compensation range: $22.00-$24.00 per hour. The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
Requirements- High school diploma or high school equivalency
- A minimum of one to three (3) years of teller experience or related experience is normally required
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office)
- Ability to build relationships with members and teammates
- Cash handling skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Impeccable dependency regarding all scheduled shifts
- Completion of the Teller training program
- Become proficient in all relevant systems as well as credit union products
- Make minimal errors with regard to all transactions processed
- Two Saturdays are required per month
