Location: New York
Finance & Accounting Manager (1st US Accounting hire) | Series B SaaS | Flatiron, NYC
Hybrid working (2-3 days Flatiron, NYC)
$150,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience) + equity + benefits
This opportunity is to be the first dedicated US Finance & Accounting hire owing to explosive US growth (>50% of their customers are in the US), working very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function based in London.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Own the day-to-day full-cycle US accounting function
- Continue to evolve the finance infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective, utilising AI at every opportunity
- Partner cross functionally in relation to contract review and structuring, with a particular focus on GTM and Legal (all US based)
- Support CFO & Finance Lead (London based) on FP&A / Strategic Finance
Profile:
- Active CPA
- High growth VC backed SaaS experience
- Established and credible business partner to the GTM & Legal functions – Significant experience on advising on new and renewal contract reviews
- Strong ASC 606 grounding
- Automation-led mindset, who is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the tech stack
- Sharp, ambitious and curious in nature
- Potentially open to relocating to SF in 12-18+ months’ time
