Senior Credit Analyst (must have small-to-medium size business loans experience)

Compensation: up to $160K DOE

A growing lending and financial services firm is hiring multiple Senior Credit Analysts to support its expanding credit and risk team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong traditional financial credit analysis experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, debt structures, and overall business financial stability
• Review credit reports, background checks, liens, judgments, and borrower eligibility
• Structure loan terms and repayment schedules for commercial/business loans
• Prepare credit recommendations and support underwriting decisions
• Communicate directly with business owners and internal leadership teams
• Manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy and quick turnaround times

• 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
• Strong financial analysis and commercial/business lending background
• Experience reviewing P&Ls, balance sheets, tax returns, and cash flow
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fast, detail-oriented decision-maker with the ability to work under pressure
• Stable work history with strong tenure
