Investment Analyst / Senior Associate, Investments | Insurance General Account | Multiple Locations

A series of confidential searches - each with a separate firm for investment professionals to join institutional insurance general account investment teams across three markets. These platforms collectively manage multi-billion dollar fixed income and alternatives portfolios on behalf of insurance balance sheets, with mandates spanning public fixed income, private credit, and real assets.

Each role is distinct, but the profile is consistent: a thoughtful investment generalist with insurance GA context, strong fixed income fundamentals, and growing alternatives exposure who can operate independently and contribute directly to portfolio decision-making.

What the roles involve:

• Portfolio monitoring and analysis across investment grade fixed income, structured products, and private markets
• Contribution to investment committee processes - credit memos, performance reporting, manager and asset-level analysis
• Supporting or owning the alternatives sleeve, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure fund monitoring
• Working directly with senior portfolio managers and CIO-level leadership in lean team environments
• Engaging with external managers, consultants, and counter parties on behalf of the general account

What we're looking for:

• 3-7 years of experience in insurance asset management, a general account investment team, or a closely adjacent institutional role
• Strong fixed income foundation - investment grade credit, structured products, or rates
• Private markets or alternatives exposure preferred across all three searches
• IC memo and portfolio reporting experience
• CFA in progress or completed preferred
• Must have existing US work authorization - sponsorship is not available through any of these firms
