Columbia Bank New Jersey is seeking a CRA Mortgage Origination & Community Lending professional committed to serving low- and moderate-income communities in Brooklyn and Staten Island. You'll enhance mortgage loan volume through community engagement and support services.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, over five years of CRA mortgage sales experience, and excellent communication skills. They will enjoy a hybrid work schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.
