The firm is recruiting an Associate to its Real Estate & Asset Banking practice. Associates own work streams across live real estate transactions — underwriting, financing structuring, diligence coordination, and direct counter party contact under senior supervision.
The role spans acquisition advisory, financing arrangement, ownership structure design, and ongoing portfolio coordination. Cross-border transactions are the norm; the practice operates across the major property markets in which the firm has presence.
Suited to candidates with prior real estate investment banking, principal investing, or debt arrangement experience.
Requirements- 3–6 years' relevant experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, or principal investor
- Demonstrated workstream ownership on live transactions or mandates
- Strong technical foundation in the relevant practice area
- Cross-border execution experience preferred
- Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
