A global investment bank is building a dedicated digital assets and financial technology investment banking platform. This is a rare chance to join at the ground floor of a platform that sits at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and crypto-native infrastructure
, while benefiting from the balance sheet, brand, and global reach of a top-tier institution.

This team will advise and execute across the full lifecycle of growth and liquidity events for companies reshaping financial markets — from crypto-native firms to fintechs integrating blockchain, payments, and next-generation financial infrastructure. The mandate is broad, the deal flow is global, and the ambition is real.

You would be joining a group designed to operate like a high-performing sector team inside a major bank, with meaningful responsibility, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the ability to help shape how the platform evolves.

• M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across digital assets, fintech, payments, exchanges, infrastructure, and adjacent TMT verticals
• Public and private market transactions, including growth equity, IPO-adjacent advisory, and complex cross-border deals
• Building and refining sector coverage, thought leadership, and client relationships alongside newly hired senior bankers
• Deep engagement with founders, sponsors, and institutional investors operating at the frontier of financial innovation

• Investment bankers currently in TMT, Fin Tech, Financial Institutions, or Crypto/Digital Assets coverage
• Associate 1 and 2s with strong execution skills and deal experience
• Candidates who are intellectually curious about crypto and financial technology — prior deal exposure is valued, but genuine interest and fluency matter just as much
• Bankers who want to be part of a platform build, without sacrificing scale, resources, or career trajectory
