Syndicated Loans Administrator - Consultant

An International Bank located in midtown NYC is seeking an experienced, take-charge consultant to perform various duties within their Loan Administration Department located in midtown NYC.

• Booking new Bilateral and Syndicated Loan deals and Letters of Credit Facilities
• Booking Risk Participations
• Processing amendments, waivers, and deal terminations on the
• performing reconciliations and investigations
• responding to inquiries from external clients and internal bank personnel
• reviewing related credit application and loan agreements for new deal processing and amendments
• Processing Syndicated Secondary Trades

Ideal candidate must be organized and flexible, a team player who is eager to take on various tasks as requested along with having the ability to work well under pressure. Candidate should also have:

• A minimum of 5+ years loan processing experience in a syndicated loans / corporate banking environment
• Strong ability in performing investigations and reconciliations of open items in bank’s internal accounts
• Good Communication Skills – Oral and Written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic loan accounting knowledge
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
