Star Mountain focuses on the lower middle market, targeting businesses with generally million to 0 million in annual EBITDA through three complementary strategies: private credit, private equity, and secondary private credit and private equity fund investing — all within the US lower middle market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with third-party fund administrators to oversee the preparation and review of NAV packages, financial statements, investor capital statements, and related deliverables
- Review capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations
- Support investor reporting and communications for a diverse institutional investor base including public pensions, corporate pensions, insurance companies, commercial banks, endowments, foundations, and family offices
- Coordinate internal finance and operations workflows across the multi-strategy platform
