Ares Alternative Credit targets asset-focused investments generating cash flows from diversified asset pools, investing across both liquid and illiquid opportunities up and down the capital stack. Key sectors include specialty finance, net leases, structured products, and cash flow streams. The strategy offers a broad range of sub-strategies in three main formats: pure play, customized, and flagship funds — designed to be both client-focused and solutions-based.
