Keenan & Bhatia is a fast‑growing law firm representing working people nationwide in achieving justice in the workplace. We’re seeking a talented and experienced professional to serve in the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. We’re a social justice‑driven firm with a goal of doing good and doing well! The CFO/COO will report directly to the managing partners and will manage all business operations as well as handle all firm financial operations/accounting.

This is a hybrid position that will involve some in‑person work at our office in the Financial District.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Substantial experience with Quick Books and general business accounting.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• MBA.
• Experience as a corporate controller or CFO.
• Experience in the legal industry.
