Divisional Retirement Plan Counselor - England

As one of our Divisional Retirement Plan Counselors, you will work closely with the Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identify client needs, and coordinate efforts to serve those needs. You will educate, train, and motivate financial advisers and other financial intermediaries to raise and retain assets for Capital Group.

• Identify and meet the needs of firms and firm representatives within the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Educate, train, and motivate financial advisers and other financial intermediaries to raise and retain assets for clients.
• Build and maintain retirement plan sales momentum through continuous client engagement.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations, setting and measuring performance goals.
• Collaborate with senior sales force members to identify opportunities for improved Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.
• Travel approximately 60% of the time in person and 40% virtually to engage financial advisors, consultants, third‑party administrators, and plan sponsors.

• 5+ years of financial services sales experience.
• Proven experience in third‑party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales, and a demonstrated ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Track record of sales success in Retirement Plan Sales.
• Ability to leverage technological resources to create custom analysis.
• Strong communication skills and experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Skilled at synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.
• Required licenses:
  Series 6 or 7 (or willingness to obtain Series
  7) and Series 63/65 or 66. Designations such as AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, or CFA are a plus.

Base salary range: $121,000 – $152,000, plus applicable bonuses. Employees are eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program and a retirement plan with 15% company contribution to eligible earnings.
